Bernedoodles are a cross between the Bernese mountain dog and the standard poodle. They are cuddly, affectionate, playful, and love receiving attention from their owners, which makes them a good addition to any family. Bernedoodles have coats that are wavy or curly. They come in a wide variety of colors. This breed is loved for its gentle nature, loving attitude, and energetic friendliness. They make a perfect choice for a family dog or for first-time dog owners that want a playful dog without extreme exercise and high-maintenance care needs.
Basic training for these puppies should start as soon as you bring them home. They are very intelligent so training is easy. Poodles are an easy going yet active breed that need some kind of activity every day. Their energy level is a medium and would be perfect for anyone that likes to lounge around the house or go on an outside adventure to the outdoors.
The Bernedoodle is a loyal, mellow, lovable breed with all the qualities we love for a furever family member! They make great family dogs and generally do well with kids of all ages. They have a friendly demeanor which can make for a great service/therapy candidate or simply a wonderful family dog!
The Bernedoodle is a cross between the Bernese Mountain Dog and the Poodle, so they can be curly or wavy. They can come in a wide variety of colors. A variety of colors and coat textures can appear in the same litter. The Berendoodle is considered hypoallergenic and usually sheds very little to none.
